| 摘 要： | 运用计量经济模型对昆明市近10年农民收入的来源构成进行计算和分析得到昆明各县(市、区)农民收入县区差距的大小及动态趋势。在汲取长期系统研究农民收入问题的专家经验的基础上,结合昆明市的地理环境和发展实况对影响农民增收的地理环境指标进行从定性到定量的M-S分析,探讨出造成这种差距的原因,最后并针对这些现实存在的问题初步提出了促进昆明市农民收入的调控政策及建议。

| Abstract: | Mainly through the use of econometric models of the past 10 years, farmers in Kunming source of income to be calculated and analyzed composition of Kunming, counties （ cities, districts） the size of the gap between the income of the farmers counties and dynamic trend. And to learn from the long-term systematic research income of the farmers an expert on the basis of experience, combined with the geographical environment and de- velopment in Kunming live on the physical environment affecting farmers incomes from qualitative to quantitative indicators of the M-S analysis, finally the real problems for those initially proposed for Kunming income of the farmers of the regulatory policies and proposals. |
