基于RTK/VRS技术的车辆智能监控管理平台的设计与实现

摘    要:为了提高政府对成绵高速公路的综合管理水平,减少交通事故发生率,课题组开发了基于RTK/VRS技术的车辆智能监控管理平台。该平台的定位精度能达到厘米级别,配合高分辨率电子地图,能对越界、频繁变道、超速和长期违章占道的车辆进行精确定位、监控和处理,实现了传统导航技术难以达到的车道级监控。经过一段时间的试运行,证明该平台可以在一定程度上减少政府的管理成本和交通事故发生率,具有一定的实用价值。

Abstract:In order to improve the comprehensive management level of government, and reduce Chengmian highway's probability of traffic accidents, the research group has devel- oped an intelligent monitoring and management platform of vehicles which based on RTK/ VRS technology. With high-resolution digital map, the platform's positioning accuracy could reach centimeter level, and aim to accurately locate the cars those cross-border, change lanes frequently, overspeed and chronic occupied lane. After a long time running, it is proved that the platform is valuable, due to lower cost and lower probability of traffic acci- dents.
