天然沸石吸附性能与阳离子组分之间的关系

摘    要:吸附性能是沸石矿物的重要特性之一,也是相关领域应用的重要依据。以嫩江、海林和穆棱三大沸石矿床为例,通过对天然沸石矿的化学成分、沸石类型、矿石品位(CEC值)、比表面积及吸附性能的系统研究与对比分析,总结天然沸石矿附吸性能差异变化规律与原因。研究表明,天然沸石对气体CO2、H2S、SO2、NO2和气态H2O的吸附容量均与其(CaO MgO)/(Na2O K2O)比值之间呈正相关性关系,富二价阳离子组分者吸附容量大,富一价阳离子组分者吸附容量较小。据此,可作为天然沸石矿吸附性能预测评价的重要依据。

Abstract:Absorptivity is one of the important properties of zeolite which isalso an important basis for application in many domains. In this paper, the systematic study is performed for the chemical compositions, ore types, ore grades,specific surface areas and absorptivity of natural zeolites by taking Nenjiang,Hailin and Muling zeolite deposits as examples. The variation reasons of the absorptivity for natural zeolites are discussed and the relationship between absorptivity and cationic components for natural zeolites is summarized. It is shown that for different types of zeolite deposits, the absorptivity is commonly better for clinoptilolite reformed by volcano sedimentary rocks than reformed by volcanic lavas. In the same type of zeolite deposit, the absorptivity of mordeniteis usually better than that of clinoptilolite. The absorptivity for different zeolites appear all to be positive correlation with the content ratio of (CaO+MgO)/(K2O+Na2O), which means that Ca Mg rich zeolite has greater adsorptioncapacity and K Na rich zeolite has lower adsorption capacity. Based on this study, it can be indicated that mordenites with alkali and K rich commonly in the Eastern of China may be the important reason for them with a little specific surface area and the lower absorptivity. Furthermore, it also provides the important way for calculating and evaluating the absorptivity of natural zeolites.
