| 摘 要： | 城管数据普查与建立珲春市城市部件数据库包含了当前最先进的测绘技术,关键技术在于CASS的地形图数据转换到MapGIS平台的方法和实现,以及部件属性的录入和整理、面状地物构面等。设计严密先进,资料提供准确,技术运用合理。这种既实用又高效的作业方法推广前景也非常广阔,绝大多数城市都有地形图,因此其他城市数字城管数据普查数据库的建立也可以借鉴此种方法。

| Abstract: | It included current most advanced surveying and mapping technology in the investigation of urban management data and the construction of urban components database in Hunchun city.The key technology is on the methods and realization of the transformation from CASS topographic data to MapGIS platform,the inputting and editing of component attribute,and the polygon-building for polygon features.The design is strict and advanced,the information is provided correctly,and the technology is applied reasonably.The promotion prospect of this practical and effective working method is very wide.The construction of digital urban management data investigation database in other city can reference this method because most of the cities possess topographic map. |
