| 摘 要： | 基于对产业生态系统内涵的理解,在分析了区域煤化工产业发展初期阶段的特点及存在的问题后,认识到煤化工产业的发展必须同时考虑产业系统因素和资源、环境及技术、信息等支持系统因素;强调构建产业生态系统的必要性,认为煤化工产业在发展中只有避免对生态环境的破坏,才能获得产业的可持续发展。以新疆进行实例分析,结合该区域特点,从系统要素、构建层次和系统设计等方面探讨了区域煤化工产业生态系统的构建思路。
