Abstract:The work is aimed at summarizing data on Late Cretaceous radiolarians from the Crimean and West Sakhalin mountains. The Cenomanian-lower Coniacian stratigraphic interval of the Crimean Mountains yields 215 radiolarian species, and 80 concurrent species are known from the West Sakhalin Maintains. According to results of comparative analysis, there are 62 species in common from two regions, i.e., most of the species occurring in the West Sakhalin Mountains are also known from southerly regions, which is a good premise for correlation.
