| Abstract: | This paper introduced the practice procedure of establishing the fourth order urban control network for Hulan District of Harbin City by Leica 200 GPS receiver.It mainly introduced the network layout,field observation,adjustment calculation and data accuracy.It also put forward the experiences on improving the accuracy of urban control survey using GPS. |
