| 摘 要： | 依靠科技进步,采用先进的湿法提铜工艺和两段焙烧脱砷技术,加大资源的综合开发利用力度。利用吸附、中和、生化处理等工艺,加快“三废”向资源化转变利用,快速形成企业新的经济增长点,达到企业经济增长方式转变目的,实现企业向资源节约、优化环境、经济循环、低耗高效可持续方向发展。
