| 摘 要： | 文章从系统建设需求、系统构架、功能组成及数据集成建设、系统展示与应用六个方面介绍了重庆市地质灾害监测预警系统建设与应用。系统研发过程中利用了计算机网络、通信和3S技术,按照统一的标准和规范要求建设,旨在搭建一个重庆市地质灾害防治信息与监测预警平台,实现地质灾害防治网络化运作模式,提升地质灾害防治日常管理、监测预警、决策支持和应急处置能力,为重庆地质灾害防治提供信息服务及决策服务。

| Abstract: | This article describes the construction and application of geological disaster monitoring system and early warning information in Chongqing with six aspects such as： system construction requirements,system architecture,functional composition and data integration building,system function display and system applications.In accordance with uniform standards and regulatory requirements,the system development process uses computer networks and communications as well as 3S technology to build the geological disaster prevention platform and early warning monitoring on network operation mode in Chongqing,and improve the daily management on geological disaster prevention and early warning monitoring at decision-making support,emergency response capabilities and information services in this field. |
