| Abstract: | In 1992 UBV photometry of short period binary system UV PSc were presented. The results obtained from the analysis ofU, B andV light curves represent  transit solutions. The light fluctuations of out-side eclipses have been interpreted in terms of cool star-spots on the photosphere of the primary component. Its parameters have been determined. |
