| Abstract: | In this paper, the researches of Plateau Monsoons during the past 30 years were described. It is pointed out that Plateau Monsoon is a dominant factor for the formation of Plateau climate, that is a high effective lever transformed the heat energy to the kinetic energy over the Plateau region. The development of the Plateau Monsoon may be divided as 3 stages in the entire period of Plateau arising. |
