| 摘 要： | 采用河南省经济增长与私人投资的数据建立计量经济模型进行实证研究,运用协整理论探讨基础设施的私人投资对经济增长的影响,统计结果表明,私人对基础设施的投资与经济增长之间存在稳定的协整关系,二者互为因果关系,私人投资对经济增长的效率高于国有投资的效率.对国有投资、私人投资弹性偏小的原因进行分析;加大投资体制改革,转变政府职能,形成以政府宏观政策为引导的多元投资体系.

| Abstract: | Based on the economic growth and private investment data of Henan Province,the paper establishes an econometric model of empirical research and uses cointegration theory to research private investment impact on economic growth in infrastructure.Statistical results showed that there exits long-term,stable and balanced cointegration relationship between the private sector investment in infrastructure and economic growth,and both exits the causal relationship each other,the private investment is more efficient... |
