| Abstract: | This paper summarized the experiences in talented workforce building in geophysical survey institute,including study and practice of scientific outlook on development,emancipating the mind and changing viewpoint,had an insight into that talents are first resources ensuring development in scientific way,and into the philosophy on talents that what one can do is foremost,discussed how to introduce talents and give them incentives,strengthen talents workforce building and promote its balance development. |
