| Abstract: | The exploration status,mineralization characteristics and metallogenic regularity of laterite gold deposit are discussed and summarized.It formed in lateritic weathering crust of Tertiary and Quaternary and includes the gossan type gold deposit in narrow sense.It can be subdivided into two types:weathering primary type and weathering reformed type according to the gold bearing source units.Finerally,the effective prospecting method and concrete exploring program are expounded in this paper. |
