| 摘 要： | 该文在总结空间技术以及关于空间数据政策的主要国际活动的现状基础上，分析了现有数据２的特点和空间数据共享问题及其面临的伦理挑战，最后提出了相应的六点建议。该文认为在太空领域人类通过不懈努力在过去半个世纪里已经取得了巨大进步，获得了大量的对地观测数据。现在这类数据每天仍以大约１０００兆的速度不断增加。人们深信，同时大量事实上明了这类数据对于世界经济的发展是泌不可少的。如何在公平、互利的基础上共享空间数
