地质遗迹资源的保护与利用评价--以洛川黄土地质遗迹为例

地质遗迹资源作为一种自然遗产，一方面要对其进行积极保护，一方面要通过资源市场化来获得一定经济效益，如何协调好二者之间的矛盾将直接关系着地质遗迹资源的可持续发展问题。本文以洛川黄土地质遗迹资源为例，应用模糊数学综合评判的方法，对该遗迹分别进行了保护性评价与利用性评价，得出保护一般而利用很差的Ⅲ-Ⅴ型结论。依据该结论提出了协调洛川黄土地质遗迹资源保护与利用关系的模式，以及相应的实施措施，即明确保护内容、地质遗迹与苹果产业互动发展和建立完善管理机制等。

Protection and Utilization Assessment of Geological Remains--A Case Study of the Loess Remains of Luochuan

As a kind of natural legacy, geological remains should be not only protected actively, but also utilized and combined with local economic development. If we could coordinate well the contradiction of protection and utilization geological remains get a sustainable development. Taking the loess geological remains of Luo-chuan as an example, this paper bases on the fuzzy theory and assesses respectively the level of protection and usage of the geological remains.The results show the normal level of protection and the worst level of usage. The main reason, the writer thinks, are passive protection, economic profit and imperfect management system. At last, connected measures are put forward to define the object of protection, make a interactive model of the development of geological remains and the apple industry, and build a perfect management system.
