| Abstract: | A mathematic model of combined GPS/GALILEO single point positioning (SPP) is developed. On the basis of error corrections, the combined GPS/GALILEO SPP model is tested using the data of the MGEX tracking stations. The results indicate that the accuracy of the GPS/GALILEO SPP is not significantly improved when adding only one or two GALILEO satellites when the GPS observation satellites are sufficient. However, in the condition of insufficient number of GPS satellites, the accuracy of the combined GPS/GALILEO SPP is better than the GPS??only SPP. |
