| Abstract: | A liquid helium cooled mid-infrared imaging Fabry-Perot spectrometer has been under development. A Si:P 5×5 detector array is used for this instrument. Although the array system has small format, but combination with JFET array will provide noise equivalent line flux of 1.0×10-21
W/cm
2 (1000sec, 10 ). This sensitivity is comparable with the SWS of the ISO. |
