20年代以来西方国家商业空间学理论研究进展

摘    要:根据城市商业空间学的理论研究对象可将商业空间学理论分为商业空间结构理论和商业空间选择理论。文中试从该理论的 3大理论流派入手对西方商业空间学的理论研究进展进行分析。

Abstract:Progress has been made in commercial spatial studies since the 1920s in western countries. The contents of the studies can be divided into two parts: commercial spatial structure and spatial selection. In terms of their methodology, three schools formed successively. The neo-classic schools, characterized by Christaller's central place theory, was the base of modern commercial spatial studies. During the period from the 1950s to 1960s, analysis school was raised which was characterized by the use of complicated quantitative method. Berry was the representative of the school. During the period from 1960s to 1970s,the behavioral school was raised which was led by the study on consumer behavior, cognition and social class. Rushton was the representative. Now,the three schools still coexist and infiltrate into each other.
