摘    要:“虹吸比重瓶” 测定粘性土粒度成份的方法,是我院已故副教授张忠胤于1959年,将移液管法测定粘性土粘度成份的原理,与比重瓶蒸馏水法测定土粒比重的原理相结合,创立了本法的原理与方法。我们在原有基础上作了改进设计。文中叙述了该法的原理和优点,通过17组试样的对比试验资料,用相关分析与回归分析,论证了该法的精确性。

Abstract:By combining the method and principle of the pipette which is used to determine the granulometric composition of cohesive soils with the method and principle of flask with distilled water which is used to determine the specific gravity of particles, Zhang Zhongyin, late assistant professor in our college, developed the method and principle of "siphon and flask" which was used to determine the granulometric composition of cohesive soils in 1959. Characteristics of this method are that flask replacing crucible is used to determine the dry weight of particles; beaker replacing glass cylinder is used to decrease the distance from water surface to the point from which sample was taken, and to reduce the time of the test, we have improved the method on original basis. This thesis has proved the principle of the method. Using contrasted test data of 17 group samples and analysis of correlation and regression, we have proved the accuracy of the method, and believed that the value of granulometric composition determined with the method is between that of pipette method and that of hydrometer method, and the value is close to the value of pipeett method So it can meet needs of research and production work. The thesis has described the advantages of the method, and has also, considered that the method is new and efficient, and would be adopted for determining the granulometric composition of cohesive soils.
