摘    要:本文以不同浓度的天然海水、人造海水和氯化钠溶液对五种钢材进行了试验,结果表明,采用天然海水喷雾模拟性和试验重现性为最佳,腐蚀形态与海洋环境腐蚀结果基本一致·


A SIMULATING TEST OF MARINE ATMOSPHERIC CORROSION
Abstract:Salt spray test is one of the fast ways to simulate the corrosion in the environment of atmosphere or seawater splashing and to evaluate the protective materials and the layers protected. To verify the effects of different corrosion mediums on the salt spray test, natural seawater of different concentrations, man-made seawaters and sodium chloride solutions were used in this study. Five steels (CXJI4 Sm, 08PV, A3, 10MnPNbRe) were tested. YL-40B electric salt spray box was used for the tests. All the spray solutions and the rust layers of the specimens were analysed using X-ray diifractometer. The results showed that natural seawater is the best spray solution in simulating the marine corrosion behavior. Therefore it is recommended for the application in simulated tests.
