摘 要: | 本文通过分析平衡计分卡的产生、特点及内容,阐述了平衡计分卡在设计企业的应用。在制定企业远景目标与发展战略的基础上,将经营战略转化为财务绩效、客户绩效、流程绩效及学习与成长绩效这一系列的衡量指标,并在关注激励与改进的基础上建立绩效考核体系。

Abstract: | This article analyses the formation, characteristics and content of balanced scorecard methodology and describes associated application in engineering design enterprises. On formulating long-term objectives and development strategy of an enterprise, its management strategy will be transferred to financial performance, customer performance, process performance, studying and growing-up performance. And, the performance evaluation system will be established based on the close attention to encouragement and improvement. |
