Balanced Scorecard Methodology Application to Performance Evaluation in Engineering Design Enterprises

This article analyses the formation, characteristics and content of balanced scorecard methodology and describes associated application in engineering design enterprises. On formulating long-term objectives and development strategy of an enterprise, its management strategy will be transferred to financial performance, customer performance, process performance, studying and growing-up performance.
