摘    要:本文根据模拟法控制网优化设计的特点,对由观测值权的改变而产生的精度目标函数。增益进行了理论分析。提出优化设计的精度价格比概念,从而导出受约于一定经济及可靠性的优化设计准则;针对观测值权的优化设计,又导出权分配的最佳调整准则;最后提出了目标函数增益值的直接迭代算法。实践证明,利用此方法进行优化设计,在不需设计者的经验干预下,能快速得到既满足精度要求而又经济合理的控制网布设方案 。

Abstract::A theoretical analysis of the objective function gain generated by changing the weights of observations is made in this paper. A new concept of accuracy to cost ratio in the optimal design is presented, thereby leading to the creation of a optimal design criterior constrained to certain cost-efficiency and reliability. Based on the optimal design of the weights of observations, the most favorable regularization criterion of the distribution of weights is derived. Finally, a direct iteration algorithm of the gain of objective function is proposed practice indicates that this method enables a reasonable and economic network design to be made in fairly short time without requiring experience of designer.
