CT对前列腺增生的诊断和治疗价值

笔者对８４例前列腺增生病例经ＣＴ检查作了研究，并对其治疗进行评价及随访观察。在ＣＴ影像上表现为形态异常、密度不均、精囊角变钝或消失，此征象可见于良、恶性前列腺增生，而复合征象主要见于前列腺癌。双侧叶增生为主，选择前列腺球囊导管扩张术（简称ＢＣＤＰ）治疗效果较好；中叶增生为主导致临床症状明显，经ＢＣＤＰ治疗后症状复发率高，选择手术治疗效果较好。笔者认为前列腺大小随年龄的增长而增大。ＣＴ对前列腺增生有一定的诊断价值。

Diagnosis and Treatment Value of CT in Prostatic Hypertrophy

This article reported 84 cases of CT in prostatic Hypertrophy that were studied. The treatment value of prostatic Hypertrophy was obtained in 84 cases. The CT scanning manifests appearance abnormality, inhomogeneous density, blunting or obliteration of seminal vesicle angle. The apperances can be seen in both benign and malignent hypertrophy separately, but the complicant appearances can only be seen in the prostatic cancer. The adoption of balloon conduct dilatation of the prostate (BCDP) in the patients with both lateral lobes hypertrophy can be gained satisfactory results. The median lobe hypertropy can reduce significant symptoms. After the treatment of BCDP, the symptoms can easily recur. The adoption of open surgery is suitable. We believe that the prostate volumn enlarges following the age increasingly. The diagnosis of benign hypertropy by CT scanning may have definite value.
