深圳市水资源承载力与城市可持续发展研究

摘    要:提出了水资源承载力多目标模型的构建方法,使用多目标交互解法的逐次线性加权法进行求解,然后把模型应用于深圳市,计算了深圳市2010年及2020年3种不同供水条件下的水资源承载力,并分析不同条件下的供水措施,最后基于模型推演结果提出了相关的措施以保证深圳市的水资源利用和城市可持续发展达到良性循环.

Abstract:Control and use of water resource to meet human's demands have become a fundamental issue to socio-economic development and human progress.The aim of this paper is to quantify the link between water resource carrying capacity and urban sustainable development.A multi-objective model of water resource carrying capacity is constructed with the help of successive linear weighted method.The model is used to calculate the water resources carrying capacity for Shenzhen in 2010 and 2020 respectively in terms of three different water supply schemes.It is shown that under the first and the second schemes the water resource could not support the socio-economic development of the city.Seawater use and sewage water recycling use could not play a big role to solve water problem of Shenzhen.But making best use of rainfall and flood water would greatly increase water resource carrying capacity and consequently guarantee the positive balance between the exploitation of water resource and urban sustainable development.
