摘    要:冷竹关水电站开关站谷坡落石灾害严重威胁电站正常输电,整治灾害刻不容缓。根据站址地形环境条件,利用拦截建筑进行被动防护较为经济合理。在落石冲击力、腾越高度计算和拦截结构强度、工程量验算的基础上,对拦石网、拦石栅、拦石墙三种拦截形式进行整治方案比选评估。在抗冲消能性能、工程量、工期、耐久性和可靠性等方面,新型拦石网均能较好地符合要求。整治方案推荐了SNS柔性防护体系新技术,辅以障桩控制落石启动及运动,实施后效果良好。

Abstract:Rock-falling from valley slope put the power-switch station of Lengzhuguan hydropower plant at risk. It is very urgent to deal with this potential hazard. On account of terrain environment conditions, the passive defenses of prevention structures are rational and cost-efficient. Based on falling rock impact force and jumping over height calculations, strength of prevention works and engineering amount were computed, the protecting nets, bars and dams for falling rock hold-up engineering were assessed for the measuring project. New style protecting nets are very unparalleled in anti-impact and depleting kinetic energy, reducing engineering amount, shortening time limit, increasing duration and security in addition. the safety netting system, a new net technology, was recommended, assisted with impeditive stakes that could reduce the start-up and movement of rocks. The using effect is prominent, and the protected power-switch station is working safely.
