广州城市空间形态扩展中土地供应动力机制的作用

近 10年来呈剧烈变动状态的广州城市空间形态 ,刻烙着城市有机体内外部矛盾碰撞摩擦的痕迹 ,其中包含着权力行为力在空间的冲突过程。文中拟就从人文主义方法论的角度 ,以土地供应为中介媒体 ,研究分析它的供应机制对近 10年广州城市空间形态生长的影响 ,映视土地供应背后权力行为力对城市空间形态扩展影响的一般规律 ,以引导城市空间的健康发展

THE EFFECT OF LAND SUPPLY IN THE EXPANSION OF URBAN SPACE FORM IN GUANGZHOU

Urban space form manifests the fricative process of internal and external conflict in urban organism, including the society power conflict. The recent change of urban space expansion is commented, and the effect of the land supply through three aspects: gross, structure and sequence is analyzed. Some conclusions are given. 1) When land supply works against the law of urban development, it will only be a irrelevant variable in urban system. 2) Though location structure of land supply influences the urban space expansion direction greatly, it is not an essential condition, but only a sufficient condition. 3) Urban construction depends on the proportion of infrastructure in land supply to great extent.4) For urban construction always lags behind land supply, the latter is easy to disjoint the former.
