| 摘 要： | 本文通过对地震应急的特征、国内外震例的分析 ,结合莆田市破坏性地震应急预案和莆田市地震局震情应急工作方案条文 ,对政府和各部门的地震应急预案衔接等问题提出具体方法 ,以提高地震应急工作的效率和能力 ,最大限度地减轻地震灾害造成的损失。

| Abstract: | Through the analysis of earthquake emergency feature and seismic examples and combining with the paper proposed some solving methods to the list of Earthquake Emergency Counterplan of Putian city so as to enhance the efficiency and capacity of earthquake emergency countermeasure and to ease the lost of earthquake disaster. |
