| Abstract: | Analyses were made on environmental fields, moisture condition, stability, and their evolution during landfalling of the tropical cyclones which landed near the Pearl River Mouth while produced significantly less precipitation in Guangzhou. A tentative mechanism for less precipitation in Guangzhou was revealed. |
