| 摘 要： | 农村小城镇即将进入第二个发展高峰期，为了保证在未来城市化快速发展时期能形成合理有序区域城镇体系，应引导有发展潜力的农村小城镇加快发展，形成较强的经济，人口集聚力，针对这些应重点发展的农村小城镇（重点镇），提出了重点镇建设指标体系的5个基本原则，并在分析重点镇建设基本内容的基础上，形成了重点镇发展指标体系框架及宁波市重点镇建设指标体系的指标值。

| Abstract: | Towns of country will enter a new upsurge of developing. In order to form rational and orderly regional urban and town system, we should strengthen the cohesive force of economy and population of country towns. The paper puts forward five basic principles of the indicator system for developing major towns. After analyzing the essential content of developing major towns, the authors inquire into a basic framework and qualitative indicators of the indicator system for developing major towns. |
