| Abstract: | The authors discussed the loss (including the life loss and the economy loss) caused by debris flow hazards, and analysed the influence on the society by the four factors: 1) debris flow hazard, 2) local population density and economy developing level, 3) prediction and forecasting level of debris flow, and 4) prevention, resistibility, rescue and rebuilding ability for debris flow disaster. |
