街区制推广仿真定量分析

摘    要:针对政府为解决城市发展中面临的道路交通拥堵问题而提出的街区制城市布局方案是否可行的问题,该文结合目前城市布局方式,通过仿真实验进行探究。利用VISSIM仿真软件构建封闭式住宅区模型,在该模型的基础上拆除围墙,开放小区道路,构建街区制模型;选定交通延误、平均候车时间、交通流量作为评价指标,仿真各模型的交通运行状况。通过对仿真结果横向和纵向的定量分析,得出街区制的施行大大提高出行效率,增加旅客舒适度,保障交通安全的结论,为街区制的推广提供理论和技术支持。

Abstract:In order to solve Urban traffic congestion,the government has put forward city blocks regulation methods in city layout scheme.This paper has carried out experiments to verify its effectiveness based on current city layout.Though VISSIM simulation software,gated residential communities model is built and removed its walls for building city blocks model.Traffic delay,the average waiting time and traffic flow are selected as evaluation indexes.Then two models' performances are evaluated.By latitudinal and longitudinal comparison,it is concluded that the application of city blocks can greatly improve the efficiency of travel,increase the comfort of passengers,and ensure the safety of traffic.It provides theoretical and technical support to promote city blocks.
