| 摘 要： | 首先从现代建筑物通常的防雷系统设计，简要地介绍防雷系统中的雷电暂态响应的分析和计算思路；并从防雷管理和防雷装置设计的角度，探讨了新建建（构）筑物防雷装置设计审核、施工监督和竣工验收的主要程序及步骤；并对防雷隐蔽设施分段验收程序作了专门研究。
