| Institution: | William Black graduated from the University of British Columbia in 1978 with a BA.Sc. ingeological engineering. Since then he has been with Westbay Instruments Ltd. where he has been involved in the field installation, design modification and marketing of advanced multiple piezometer, water sampling and permeability instruments.;Allan Culley is agraduate of the British Columbia Institute of Technology in electronics and has been involved in electronics research, development and production for Westbay Instruments Ltd. since 1977.;Jan Divis is in charge of mechanical design and production for Westbay Instruments Ltd. He was educated in Czechoslovakia in mechanical engineering.;Franklin D. Patton is a consultant in engineering geology and president of Westbay Instruments Ltd. He has a Ph.D. and Ms.C.from the University of Illinois-Urbana. |
