| 摘 要： | 应用气相色谱-质谱联用对卡氏前沟藻Amphidinium carterae的部分脂溶性成分进行了分析,共鉴定了17个化合物,包括14个脂肪酸甲酯、1个脂肪酸乙酯、1个直链烃以及1个不饱和脂肪醇。其中主要成分为脂肪酸甲酯,占所有相对峰面积的67.39%。

| Abstract: | Some liposoluble constituents of Amphidinium carterae were determined by GC-MS(Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry).17 compounds were identified in all,including 14 fatty acid methyl esters,one fatty acid ethyl ester, one linear hydrocarbon and one unsaturated alkanol.The main constituents are fatty acid methyl esters,accounting for 67.39% of the relative area of all the peaks. |
