胶州湾海水黄色物质荧光分布初步研究

摘    要:研究海水黄色物质,在实验室研究的基础上,于1999年9月1-2日,利用荧光测量法,现场测量了胶州湾黄色物质荧光相对强度,首次获得了我国海区黄色物质分布数据。胶州湾黄色物质荧光强度主要分布特征为:胶州湾黄色物质荧光强度高度区分布在沿岸,尤其在河口附近;湾口次之;湾中部区域再次之,湾口外侧最小;胶州湾黄色物质垂直分布不均匀。这种分布与胶州湾的自然环境密切相关,尤其与沿岸径流有关,因此,初步认定胶州湾黄色物质为陆源物质,由沿岸径流携带入海湾。

Abstract:This is one of a series study on yellow substance in seawater.Based on the results of experiment,the distribution on fluorescence relative intensity of yellow substance in China Sea area is obtained firstly by using the fluoricence.The distribution on fluorescence intensity in Jiaozhou Bay is as following ,The fluorescence intensity of yellow substance is the highest ,more than over 7.5 *10 -7 ,along the northern and western shore especially in the river estuary.It decreases in the central area of the Bay,and reaches the lowest in the outside mouth of the Bay.There is a clear differentce in yellow substance between the inner and the exterior of the Bay.The fluorescence intensity of yellow substance is uneven in the Jiaozhou Bay,and its distribution is relatively close to the rivers along the shore.It is suggested that the yellow substance in the Jiaozhou Bay is originated from the land,carried by the rivers to the Bay.
