| 摘 要： | 选取与区域发展水平和生态环境状况密切相关的34个指标,分别建立区域发展、生态环境综合评价指标体系,利用综合型协调度评价方法,构建了天山北坡经济带区域发展-生态环境协调度评价模型,对区域发展与生态环境之间的协调度及其整体发展水平作了定量研究.研究表明,天北各县市区域发展水平不均衡,生态环境条件不一致,各县市区域发展水平与生态环境的协调性也不尽相同.以协调度为分类标准,结合协调发展度与区域发展、生态环境综合评价指数,将天山北坡各县市分为3种类型:1]同步协调型,包括石河子、米泉、阜康、奎屯、昌吉和玛纳斯;2]趋近协调型,包括乌鲁木齐、克拉玛依、呼图壁、博乐、奇台、木垒;3]生态主导型,包括温泉、精河、乌苏、沙湾、吉木萨尔.针对不同类型区域发展水平与生态环境状况,分析其社会经济与生态环境协调发展的制约因素与关键所在,并在此基础上提出相应的可持续发展对策. |
