| 摘 要： | 在自然灾害中，雷电严重影响着人类正常生活、工作的基本安全，它对人类生命、财产构成严重的威胁。雷害事故所造成的直接损失和间接损失是严重的，甚至是无法估量的。因此，我们共同提高预防雷患的意识，并且应用必要的技术和产品，实施防护措施，以保证防止人身伤害事故，保证用电设备和系统的安全运行，是十分迫切和必要的。
