| 摘 要： | 在繁殖季节，给正在成熟的文昌鱼体腔注射ＧｎＲＨ－Ａ，结果表明，注射激素后３６ｈ时，有５０％文昌鱼产卵，未产动物成熟卵母细胞达９５．５％。而对照组无任何动物产卵，成熟卵母细胞为５５％，我们由引首次直接证实文昌鱼脊椎动物一样，ＧｎＲＨ－Ａ是调控其卵母细胞成熟和产卵的重要激素。

| Abstract: | The influence of GnRH-A on oocyte maturation in amphioxus(Branchiostoma belcheriGray)was studied during the breeding season.A single injection of GnRH-A at 80 ng/animalin duced a 50% spawning at thirty-six hours after injection,the rate of oocyte maturation inunspawned animal was 95%.No females spawned in the contol group,the oocyte mature ratewas around 55%.The above findings suggest that,as in vertebrate,GnRH-A is an important regulatoryhormone on oocyte maturation and spawning in amphioxus. |
