开采浅层水增雨水入渗引河水补源实现水资源可持续利用

南皮县淡水资源严重短缺,制约工农业与经济社会的发展.春季开采浅层地下水包括微咸水和半咸水抗旱灌溉,腾出地下含水层空间;汛期增加降雨入渗,减少径流流失,防渍防涝,把时空分布不均的天然降雨转化为地下水资源;秋冬利用河道沟渠引蓄河水补源,淡化地下水质,增加地下水可采量.地上水地下水联合运用,保持水资源采补平衡.实现旱涝碱咸综合治理、水资源可持续利用与经济社会可持续发展.

Reallize Sustainable utilization of water resources by exploitation of shallow groundwater together with increase of rainfall infiltration and diversion of river water for water source supplement

There is serious shortage of fresh water resources in Nanpi County, which restricts the sustainable development of industry, agriculture, economy and society. It is necessary to exploit shallow groundwater including brackish water and semi wsaline water for irrigation to combat drought, then vacating the space of aquifer in underground; increasing rainfall infiltration in flood season, reducing loss of surface runoff, preventing waterlogging and leaching salt, to turn the nature rainfall uneven distributed in time and space into groundwater resources; to diverting river water for recharge water source from upstream rivers in autumn and winter, desahing groundwater quality and increasing exploitable groundwater resources. Conjunctive use of surface and groundwater, keep the balance of exploitation and supplement of water resources. The comprehensive control of drought, waterlogging, salinity and saline groundwater, sustainable utilization of water resources and sustainable development of economy and society can be realized.
