多尺度耕地供需动态平衡预警体系研究

在系统讨论和典型概括耕地供需动态平衡特征和分析耕地供需平衡变化驱动因子的基础上 ,提出了多尺度概念下耕地供需动态平衡体系 ,并以监测变化、发现警情、明确警情、明确警度、寻找警源、明确警源、区内排警、区外排警为主线 ,从预兆量、行动量和结果量不同层面构建了多尺度耕地供需动态平衡预警体系 ,并对多层警示指标 ,特别是对最终结果层的耕地总量失衡、质量失衡、均量失衡、时间失衡等的定量分析进行了重点讨论

Forewarning System of Dynamic Balance Between Cultivated Land Demands and Supplies at Multi-Measures

Discussing the dynamic balance between cultivated land demands and supplies and comprehensively analyzing the driving factors for the changes of the balance, this paper presents the dynamic balance system of cultivated land demands and supplies with the conceptual framework of multi-scales. In accordance with such main processes as monitoring changes, this paper puts forward a forewarning system of dynamic balance between cultivated land demands and supplies at multi-scales , aiming at the driving factors. It also gives some detailed discussion on multi-dimension warning indexes and quantitative analyses on disequilibria in quantity, quality, per capita capacity and time scale.
