Computational Model of Sagnac Effect in Method of Two-way Satellite Common-view Time Comparison

In this paper,according to the basal principle of the method of two-way satellite common-view time comparison,the reason how the sagnac effect comes into being has been introduced in detail.Taking the circular orbit geostationary satellite for example,the basal computational model of the sagnac effect of the method of two-way satellite common-view time comparison in the earth-centered inertial reference frame has been deduced,and the detailed computational procedure of the sagnac effect was obtained in the cases that the ground-station was or not on the equator.
