摘    要:本文对形变测量的分类,作用及据其对我国大陆强震危险背景区的估计结果作了简单的介绍,同时对我国大陆及周边地区1897年以来强震活的时空分布规律进行了讨论,从中发现了强震活动区随时间由西向东迁移这一有趣的现象和规律,结合大面积面形变测量给出的全国地震危险区分布的结果,将形变资料判断的应加强监测的21个重点监视区减少到8个,这一结果对地震预测研究及综合防震减灾对策的研究均有重要的参考价值。

Abstract:In this paper, the classification and function of crustal deformation measurement as wellas the risk region estimation of strong earthquake in our mainland are brieny introduced.Meanwhile,the time-space distribution pattern of strong earthquake activity since 1897 in our.xmainland and surrounding areas are discussed. We found the interesting phenomenon and regularity that the areas of strong earthquake activity migrate with time from west to east.This results are combined with the seismic risk-region distribution provided from the monitoring results of large-area deformation. Thus we can reduce the amount of the seismic risk-region from 21 to & in all over the country. Above results have an important referential significance for the research of earthquake prediction, and the countermeasures of synthetic earthquake prevention and disaster reduction.
