华润凤凰城深基坑降水方案设计

摘    要:降水工程是基坑工程中的一项临时工程,若设计与施工不当易产生流砂、管涌、坑底隆起、边坡失稳、坑壁坍塌等事故。本文针对成都华润凤凰城所在区域地下水的特点,对其深基坑降水采用管井降水方案。经计算,基坑中最大降水点的降深为6.64m,大于设计的6.5m,说明基坑中任意点的降深深度均满足降水设计要求。该方案经济合理,在施工中取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:The precipitation project is a temporary project in the construction of foundation, and this would causes shifting sand, piping, pit bottom sticking out, accidents if design and construction would not be reasonable. Based on the ground water characteristic in this region, the author designs the tube well precipitation plan. Through computation, the deepest precipitation depth is 6.64 m, deeper than the design 6.5 m. It is explained that the design satisfied the request. This plan is economic and reasonable, and has obtained good effect in the construction.
