深圳—香港九龙半岛运河工程的规划研究

摘    要:在分析深圳河污染成因的基础上,从海岸海洋的角度提出了深圳—香港九龙半岛运河工程的规划设想。该工程东起大鹏湾的沙头角湾,经深圳与香港陆地交界处到深圳西部深圳河的入海口,总长度约为27.6km,其中沿用深圳河部分河段长16.6km,开凿约11km,同时重点阐述了运河工程规划设计的理论依据,即利用深圳湾与大鹏湾潮汐特征的差异与引潮闸的人为控制,使运河的水体流向固定起到冲洗深圳河深圳湾的目的,并论述了运河工程的规模尺寸,运河工程的生态、航运以及旅游功能等,最后说明了运河工程在实施过程中可能涉及到的一些实际问题,为从根本上解决深圳河、深圳湾的污染问题提出了较为可行的工程规划设想。

Abstract:From the view of coast and ocean theory, Shenzhen-Kowloon Peninsula canal project was suggested, based upon the analysis of the causes of the pollution of Shenzhen River. Firstly, this paper expounds the theory and size of the project. The theory of the project is to make use of the different tidal effects of Shenzhen Bay and Dapeng Bay and the artificial gate which was supposed to be built on the middle of cannel project to fix the current of Shenzhen River, so that Shenzhen River and Shenzhen Bay can be cleaned by freshwater from the Dapeng Bay. The total length of the project is about 27.6 km, from the Shatoujiao Bay in Dapeng Bay in the east, through the common boundary of Shenzhen and Hongkong, and up to the estuary of Shenzhen River in western Shenzhen. Also in this paper, we can see a multi-functional project. The ecological, shipping and tourism functions of the project, etc., were explicated. And lastly, a feasible proposal, as well as the potential problems during the execution, were suggested to solve the pollution issues of Shenzhen River and Shenzhen Bay.
