基于GA的混凝土坝抗震可靠度预测的神经网络模型

摘    要:针对BP人工神经网络具有易陷入局部极小等缺陷,提出了将遗传算法与神经网络结合,同时优化网络结构的权值与阈值的思想,建立了基于遗传算法的混凝土坝抗震可靠度预测的神经网络模型。该模型分别对混凝土坝抗滑稳定可靠度、抗压可靠度和抗拉可靠度进行了预测,并与BP神经网络预测结果进行比较。结果表明,遗传神经网络模型可靠,预测精度高,在岩土工程中利用该方法进行可靠性问题预测是有效及可行的。

Abstract:Considering some defects of BP Neural Network,the idea that combining genetic algorithm with neural network optimized the power size and the threshold value of the network structure was presented.Based on GA and BP algorithm,the prediction model of concrete dam reliability was built.The model predicted the reliability of the concrete dam against slippage,compression and tension.Finally,the GA-BP predicting results were compared with the BP predicting results. It shows that the GA-BP model is reliable,precise,effective and feasible in predicting the reliability problems of geotechnical engineering.
