| 摘 要： | 总结了目前全国判别霾的方法和标准,描述了霾的本质,利用水汽凝结理论分析了相对湿度、能见度、霾和轻雾(或雾)之间的相互关系,提出了采用湿度-能见度指数区分霾与轻雾(或雾)的方法,并通过光的削弱理论和能见度的定义,归纳出湿度-能见度指数的数学模型.在严格执行<地面气象观测规范>的基础上,结合观测记录的实际情况,同时考虑全国大部分地区历史资料的延续性,建立了判别霾的数学公式.
