| 摘 要： | 人口信息只有通过基础地理空间信息这座桥梁实现空间分布化以后,才能与其他社会经济信息融合贯通,更准确地反演客观现实的过去、模拟现在和预测未来。本文通过建立包括建筑条件、交通条件、公共服务设施条件、就业条件、环境条件、限制条件等内容的城市空间布局要素因子库,并对各因子与人均住宅建筑面积的相关性进行分析,以其归一化相关系数作为定量分析的权重系数,最终实现北京市现状人口以居住用地为单元的空间分布,是研究人口空间单元分布规律和实现现状人口空间化分布的一种尝试。
