摘    要:水资源科学管理具有高度专业化和高度复杂化的特性。引入GIS到水资源管理 ,一方面 ,通过地下水系统管理预测模型 ,管理决策人员可快速掌握不同开采方案条件下区域地下水位变化趋势 ,并根据其不同变化趋势快速作出相应决策 ,使本区内对地下水资源的管理达到系统化、科学化的高度水平 ,避免以往人为主观管理的不合理性和不科学性。另一方面 ,通过对各种资料数据图件的计算机信息化 ,构成区域上的专业信息资源 ,使管理决策人员高效、快速地掌握、输入、调出本区域内的水文、气象、地质、地下水动态及水质监测资料、模型结果等 ,将会大大节省工作时间 ,提高工作效率。

Abstract:Water resource scientific management has an extensively specialized and complicated property.Introducing GIS into groundwater management,decision manager can quickly master alterating trends of regional underground water level under different exploiting conditions through ground water system management prediction model.Then,by these different trends,they can make corresponding decision as soon as possible.Some unrational and un scientific natures for human subjective management as before will be avoided.On the other hand,with turning all sorts of data into information in computer,which consists local information resource,decision manager can efficentively and quickly master,input or output both the data of hydrology,meteorology,geology,groundwater regime and water quality monitoring and result models.As a result,time will be greatly saved and efficientcy will be improved.
